PLACING AN ORDER

You may place your order by clicking the “Buy now” or “Add to my cart” and proceeding to the checkout page. You shall be responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the information provided for the order placed.

MODIFICATION TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices on website are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are subject to taxes, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend the prices at any time without giving any reason or prior notice. Pricing for products may be different on the website or from prices available in Mebashi physical stores/showroom.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service

PAYMENT

All prices indicated in the website are in Dirhams Currency (UAE). Most major credit and debit cards, such as, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. When you pay using your credit or debit card, you will be redirected to another website owned and operated by an independent payment gateway service provider, which shall collect and process your financial information pursuant to its own terms and policies. We do not retain credit card information and credit card numbers are encrypted when transmitted over the internet.

The payment gateway service provider will confirm whether the payment is successful or unsuccessful. Contact your credit/debit card provider for details if payment is unsuccessful.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We reserve the right to charge additional delivery fee/s after the second unsuccessful delivery attempt due to unavailability of the receiver. We shall wait for customer’s advice before proceeding to the delivery attempt

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

ORCER CANCELLATION

Order cancellation requests are accepted as long as the order hasn't been processed and shipped. Please send an email notification indication your transaction details to yiwumarket@mebashi.com or you may contact us at (+971 4 880 8440). Cancellation fees may apply depending on bank processing charges and applicable shipping fees if the product is in the possession of the customer.
